Responsibilities Drive to residential and commercial properties Record on-site observations in accordance with customer-specific requirements Complete routine underwriting reports in a timely and efficient manner Speak directly with policyholders and/or agents Identify and photograph potential hazards Accurately sketch property dimensions and areas using NRS field-diagramming software Photograph and upload images of property and premises Qualifications No experience is necessary and online training is available Preferred candidates will have a background in Insurance, claims, underwriting, construction/home improvement, real estate, or architecture Self-motivation is required Clean driving record and criminal background check Required Tools PC/Laptop/Tablet running Windows 10 or greater, with 500Gb HDD or greater and 8Gb of Ram or greater, and an Intel i5 processor or greater with printer High-speed Internet connection Basic...
