Terros Health is a health care company focused on the whole person, providing primary care, and specializing in mental health and substance use treatment for over 50 years. We help people live their lives in recovery and we save lives every day, treating over 55,000 individuals, children, and families annually.

Terros Health opened in 1969 as a community resource for those struggling with addiction, and subsequently evolved into a comprehensive medical and behavioral health services provider. Today, as a community based, non-profit 503c  organization, Terros Health provides integrated  primary medical care, behavioral health, and substance use disorder services within our four Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) sites throughout Maricopa County, provide family services statewide, and crisis response services in Northern and Central Arizona. We have significant expertise and an exceptional reputation in serving children, families, and individuals.  We are a team, working together and living out our core values of integrity, compassion and empowerment--with diversity woven throughout,  to help our patients achieve health and well-being within a continuum of care that spans primary medical, mental health, substance use treatment, crisis services, residential treatment and HIV/STI services. Telehealth is available in addition to direct in-person care.
