Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse/Inventory Control Clerk to join our team in Mesa, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the warehouse, managing consumables, tooling inventory, spare parts, conducting golf cart and forklift inspections, and tracking calibrations. This role ensures the efficient operation of our warehouse and supports overall production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Maintenance:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials and equipment.
Inventory Management:
• Monitor and manage consumables, tooling inventory, and spare parts.
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement to reorder supplies as needed.
Equipment Inspections:
• Conduct routine inspections of golf carts and forklifts to ensure operational safety.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
Calibration Tracking:
• Maintain records of equipment calibration schedules.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely calibration of tools and equipment.
Shipping and Receiving:
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and inspect for damages.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments accurately.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, inspections, and calibrations.
• Generate reports as required by management.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, as well as perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
