Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a food and beverage location, where you will monitor grounds, conduct routine patrols, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will observe and report unusual activity, support access and visitor checks as needed, and deliver excellent customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Control access at designated entry points by checking identification, managing visitor and contractor sign-in, and monitoring vehicle and delivery traffic flow as directed by site procedures.
• Complete routine reports, shift logs, and incident reports, and communicate operational concerns to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
