YOUR ROLE IN THE FAMILY:
Essential Functions: Project & Process Management
- Lead and manage improvement and technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects meet operational goals and are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Analyze production performance and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress tracking.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to support continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement & Technical Support
- Support the optimization of manufacturing systems, processes, and workflows across departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices and procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for operations and co-packer partners.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and 5S discipline across the plant.
Deputy DDQA Key User Responsibilities
- Serve as the Deputy DDQA-related activities and user support.
- Maintain master data integrity and ensure accurate data capture within the DDQA system.
- Provide training, troubleshooting, and process guidance for system users.
- Partner with corporate and IT teams to support updates, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and reporting within DDQA to ensure compliance and reliability.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all improvement activities comply with internal safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Support EHS and Quality teams in maintaining process control and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in risk assessments and implement preventive measures to minimize process risks.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with Launch, Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to support new product introductions and technical changes.
- Communicate project status, performance metrics, and improvement outcomes to leadership.
- Provide coaching and training to teams on new procedures and process improvements.
- Other duties as assigned by management
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR TO JOIN OUR FAMILY?
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Sciences, Food Engineering, or a related field, or master’s degree in food sciences or related studies; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Proven experience in process improvement and project management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in SAP or equivalent business management systems.
- Experience with digital quality systems (e.g., DDQA, MES, ERP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently.
- Solid understanding of production, utilities, and quality processes.
