Position Overview

We are seeking a Mobile Patrol Supervisor to oversee field operations across multiple client sites in the Phoenix area. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising patrol officers, supporting incident response, maintaining service quality, and ensuring all assignments are executed professionally and efficiently.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads by example, and knows how to manage both people and operations in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise mobile patrol officers during assigned shifts
• Conduct field inspections, ride-alongs, and performance evaluations
• Respond to incidents and provide on-scene leadership and support
• Ensure patrol routes, property checks, and assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain strong communication with Operations and Dispatch teams
• Review and complete incident reports, shift logs, and required documentation
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new officers
• Enforce post orders, company standards, and compliance expectations
• Identify issues in the field and recommend operational improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of security experience (mobile patrol preferred)
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Military or law enforcement background is a plus
• Strong communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to remain calm and lead effectively under pressure
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and situational awareness
• Strong customer service mindset with client-facing professionalism

Requirements

• Valid Arizona Guard Card
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR review
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Professional appearance and leadership mindset
