What you will be doing:

  • Communicating any needed repairs or guest service-related issues to management.
  • Completing any needed minor repairs.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the parking booths, office, equipment, signage, and bathroom facilities.  This includes emptying trash containers and disposing of waste accordingly. 
  • Keeping all parking area surfaces free of trash, debris, stains, and spills. 
  • Stocking adequate maintenance materials and equipment to avoid shortages and excesses.
  • Maintaining the work area to ensure it remains clean, safe, and organized.
  • Operating maintenance equipment safely to avoid accidents.
  • Maintaining the maintenance tools and equipment in safe, clean, and proper working conditions. 
  • Adhering to company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA requirements.

What we are looking for:

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time while performing work duties. 
  • Someone who is task-oriented and able to work with little direct supervision. 
  • Prior maintenance or janitorial experience is not essential, but it is preferred.
  • Experience using hand and electrical tools, with the ability to read technical manuals.
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
