Utility Worker

SALARY: $17.91
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older and have previous janitorial experience and reading and writing skills
sufficient to read assignments, etc. All applicants must have a current valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving
record.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Clean building and grounds as assigned in checklist. Cleaning of bodily fluids in company vehicles, as needed.
Physical ability to provide janitorial and general labor assignments such as mop floors, wash windows, lift packages,
move furniture, etc. Maintains inventory of work completed each day. Ability to safely drive a golf cart and company
vehicles. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
