Procurement Operations Buyer

- Supports the day-to-day execution of procurement activities, including processing purchase requisitions (PRs), creating purchase orders (POs), and assisting with invoice approvals.
- Ensures accurate documentation, timely transactions, and compliance with internal procurement procedures.
- Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Coordinate invoice review and resolution of discrepancies with suppliers and Accounts Payable to support timely payments.
- Monitor open purchase orders, track delivery schedules, and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, onboarding documentation, and digital filing systems.
- Support procurement operations through reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR TO JOIN OUR FAMILY?
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement operations
- Strong knowledge of procurement systems and tools ( SAP, Ariba, Coupa).
- Proven ability to manage complex procurement processes and drive process improvements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external suppliers.
- High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and ethical procurement practices.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
- Works in a manufacturing environment
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to: talk, hear, reach with hands and arms, grasp, pick, lift, stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions. The employee must frequently lift and /or move 50 pounds. The employee is required to have visual acuity to perform an activity such as operate production machines where the seeing job is at or within arm’s reach
- This position is exposed to occupational hazards, including but not limited to high noise levels, physical obstacles, exposure to chemicals, etc.
- Must wear appropriate safety glasses, hearing protection, clothing, and footwear in appropriate areas and follow safety practices

Within this branch, the company RAUCH carries the role of a producer and sales company for international purchasers of fruit juice concentrates and half-finished products.
The third field concerns commissioned fillings. As a service provider, RAUCH fills for other producers of beverages with the proper high-tech filling installation for cans, PET (plastic) and glass bottles.
