SERVICE ISLAND SUPERVISOR
Salary:$22.25/hr
Sun Tran is seeking a Service Island Supervisor to oversee the team responsible for fueling, cleaning, and preparing
buses for service. This position assigns daily work, checks buses for cleanliness and proper fuel and fluid levels,
monitors the CNG fueling system, and helps keep the service island safe and orderly. The ideal candidate is
organized, works well with employees, and can keep daily operations on schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience related to the job duties.
MAJOR FUNCTIONS:

Assign and supervise employees who fuel, lubricate, and wash buses.
•
Inspect buses for cleanliness and appropriate fuel and fluid levels.
•
Monitor the fueling system and maintain a clean, orderly service island.
•
Coordinate work assignments, schedules, and routes.
•
Maintain cleaning supplies and complete daily logs and other required paperwork.
•
Train and evaluate employees and assist with preventive maintenance programs.
