The Material Specialist I must be able to perform the duties of a Material Specialist I plus input data into the ERP computer system. ERP functions include receiving, shipping and material transfers and inventory evaluations. Will assist inventory control and production coordinators in streamlining their environment and processes.

1. Perform all facets of the receiving function (issue, transfer and move material in ERP).

2. Perform all facets of the shipping function (create shippers, MSL labels, Fed-Ex, DCMA requests, reship reports and WAWF receiving reports).

3. Enter data into Excel spreadsheets

4. Perform inventory evaluation.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years recent receiving, inventory control, or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of MicroSoft software applications. Epicor experience preferred.
• Some skills using various tools and be able to pass forklift certification.
• The ability to communicate, read, and write in English.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
