Subcontracts Manager - Scottsdale Arizona

Your Job

DEPCOM Power is looking to add a Subcontracts Manager to their team. This position is responsible for the management and execution of DEPCOM’s repowering and energy storage subcontracts. We find success with fast-paced, independent professionals who have a passion for Procurement and utilize sustainability as a tool for improvement. 

This role will ideally sit at our headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ. 

This position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.

What You Will Do

• Develop preferred partnerships in existing and new markets by sourcing and prequalifying new subcontractors that are mutually beneficial.
• Lead the bid process and partnership with subcontractors and negotiate successful awards.
• Partner with the construction and project controls teams to support the overall control of subcontract financials and scheduling.
• Support and develop continuous improvements on templates, processes, communications, trackers and more.
• Author and compile subcontracts in coordination with engineering and project management teams.
• Collaborate with other teams to manage change orders throughout work execution.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in contract management, construction management, or project management
• Experience compiling bid documents and submitting bids

What Will Put You Ahead

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, or Pre-Law
• Experience procuring Services
