- Researches and gathers data for the preparation of various reports and special projects
- Prepares a variety of correspondence and responses
- Responds to related questions from the public and staff
- Investigates complaints and resolves problems or refers to the appropriate area
- Reviews/monitors amounts expended from the budget to assure that expenditures do not exceed funds
- Attends meetings and takes minutes
- Organizes and files confidential and administrative files
- Maintains and operates general office equipment
- Drives on State business
- Performs other duties appropriate to the assignment
Knowledge of:

- Two to three (2-3) years of experience in providing administrative support to a manager or administrator
- Prefer working knowledge of computer programs including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Gmail
