  • Be physically able to walk/stand/sit for extended periods
  • Be able to perform routine foot, bike or vehicle patrols, checks and inspections throughout property
  • Be able to manage stress effectively, multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to stay focused, alert and aware of your surrounding
  • Comfortable with operating CCTV equipment, computers, tablets and smartphones
  • Must be available to work any site, any shift and abide by terms of flex officer agreement.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have or possess:

  • A valid and current Arizona Unarmed Security License
  • Two forms of valid I.D
  • A valid AZ driver license and meet company driver eligibly requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Be 18 years or older
  • The ability to communicate in English effectively (Bilingual is a plus)
  • Excellent customer service skills, ability to engage with the general public in a polite, professional and effective manner and provide assistance
  • Ability to read and understand all post instructions, regulations, policies and procedures
  • Actively enforce rules
  • Computer skills and be able to utilize various devices
  • Respond to emergencies quickly and safely, use independent judgment, render assistance and call for appropriate support and assistance
  • Work in various environments including adverse outdoor conditions such as cold, heat, high winds and rain
  • Stand, sit or walk for extended periods
  • Able to walk or run on various surfaces (wet or dry tile, concrete, carpet, lawn, gravel)
  • Be able to climb and descend stairs or ramps
  • As a condition of employment, the employee must complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test.

Sign on Bonus of $600 to be paid out as outlined:

$300 at 60 days
$300 at 90 days

To be eligible for the bonus, employees must be in good standing to include perfect attendance, no reports of violation of company policy, and completion of continuous employment.
Sign on bonus is subject to applicable federal and state income withholdings
