Global Security protects the firm's employees and assets throughout the world. This responsibility includes the development of security and safety policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative compliance, Security guard management and alarm response, crisis management, ATM, branch and corporate building security and customer safety, physical crime investigations, workplace violence, fire and life safety, executive protection, due diligence, pre-employment screening, security operations on a global basis, fraud Investigations and cyber security.
The hours for this role will be 7:00am - 3:00pm Wednesday - Sunday
As an Alarm Monitoring Operator you will:
- Respond to alarm signals to ensure the protection of lives and property
- Dispatch the police or service vendors and handle inbound calls relating to alarm system issue
Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Ability to learn new applications quickly
- Type 40 WPM
- Speak, Read & Write English
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to talk/listen on the phone while performing other duties
- Reliable attendance
- Flexibility to work weekends or other shifts
- Ability to perform independently
