This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone with strong diesel mechanic experience and the ability to manage daily shop operations.

What You'll Do:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of shop mechanics and technicians
- Prioritize, assign, and track Repair Orders, Work Orders, and Inspections
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance as needed
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
- Maintain inventory, schedule services, and manage shop workflows
- Train and mentor team members to improve performance and efficiency
- Communicate with dispatch and operations to keep equipment running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven diesel mechanic experience (lead or supervisory experience a plus)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Comfortable using computers for recordkeeping and diagnostics
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- CDL preferred but not required
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Must be available to work 6 days a week with flexible scheduling
