We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a full-time Catering Sales Assistant. The position will support the Catering Sales Team with a variety of administrative task, in addition to managing in-house and small group events. The successful candidate will be creative, a problem solver, have a proven record of being a team player, is open to learning and leading by example, responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and the team.
Responsibilities include clerical and administrative activities to support the Sales team, insuring accurate and timely flow of information for the entire Aventura Catering team, as well as our vendors and clients. The event paperwork includes, but is not limited to:
