Canyon State Electric is looking for skilled Journeyman and Leadman Electricians to join our team, demonstrating expertise in electrical installations, maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership qualities, ensuring efficient project execution and adherence to safety standards. Please ensure you meet qualifications prior to applying.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS: 

• Requires daily on-site attendance
• Knowledge of the construction process
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Able to complete a full day’s assignments involving one or more of the following: bending, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, and pulling.
• Construction equipment proficiency
• OSHA Certified Preferred - CSE will provide training if needed!
• Strong time management skills

JOURNEYMAN QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Has complete understanding of blueprints
• Has own Journeyman tools
• Has a basic understanding of special systems (F/A, sound, voice data)
• Can install and make-up all switch gear (Cad weld)
• Control wiring for equipment
• Has advanced wire pulling techniques (i.e Tuggers)
• NEC knowledge 
• Knows installation methods

LEADMAN QUALIFICATIONS:

• Meets all Journeyman Requirements 
• Has ability to coordinate with other trades 
• Ability to understand scope of work and job specifications 
• Has the ability to plan ahead
• Has ability to produce material to workstation
• Ability to write and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner 
• Ability to meet production and scheduled goals 
• Tech savy (computers, tablets, iPhones)

Hourly Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour depending on experience and skills

SIGN ON BONUS:
