Key Responsibilities:
Maintain landscaping on property/properties as needed or assigned.
Maintain as assigned exterior of facility and outside grounds by performing various clean-up duties, such as picking up trash, tree trimming, weed control, operating large equipment, etc.
Operate tractors, forklifts, leaf blowers, chain saws, weed trimmers, mowers, & landscape related equipment.
Follow safe operating and use procedures when using large machinery, chain saws, blowers trimmers & utilizing weed killer, etc.
Performs daily preventive maintenance tasks as assigned
