Electrical Project Manager
We’re hiring a relationship-driven Electrical Project Manager who can win work and deliver it. This seller-doer role is ideal for someone with strong Phoenix-area industry connections who thrives on business development, project leadership, and driving profitable electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through existing GC, developer, and owner relationships
- Manage electrical construction projects from award to closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
- Maintain project profitability, safety, and quality standards
- Grow long-term client partnerships and repeat business
What We’re Looking For
- Project Manager experience in electrical construction, commercial electrical, or industrial electrical projects
- Established relationships in the Phoenix electrical construction market
- Proven success in business development, client retention, or seller-doer roles
- Strong financial/project cost management skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Preferred:
Electrical service experience, estimating exposure, or systems like Viewpoint Vista, Procore, or similar.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- 7+ years of commercial electrical experience in the Arizona market in sales and project management
- Working knowledge of jobsite safety
- Eager to learn and grow their career in the electrical trade
- Positive attitude & team player
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass drug testing, background check, and ablity to obtain fingerprint clearance and badging
