What You’ll Do

Depending on your experience level, you’ll:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems on commercial and industrial projects
• Work alongside experienced crews, Foremen, and Service leaders
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings
• Perform new construction, tenant improvements, and service work (T&M, troubleshooting, repairs)
• Ensure jobsite safety and quality workmanship
• For Foremen: lead crews, coordinate work, and drive production
• For Service Techs: troubleshoot issues, work directly with customers, and solve real-world problems

Where You’ll Work

• Projects located throughout the Phoenix metro area
• We do our best to keep you working close to home (if we can't, we offer a gas incentive!)

• Experience in commercial or industrial electrical work (level-dependent)
• Strong understanding & commitment to jobsite safety
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check (Foremen & Service Techs)
• Electrical experience (varies by level):
• • Apprentices: 1 to 4 years
  • Journeyman/Foreman: 4+ years
  • Service Techs: 5+ years
