Journeyman Electrician
$29 - $45 an hour
Journeyman Electrician – $29 - $45/hr + Weekly Pay | Jenco (Phoenix, AZ)
Jenco is hiring Journeyman Electricians for commercial and industrial projects across the Phoenix metro area. Steady work, weekly pay, full benefits with no wait period, and a real path (& development resources) to Foreman, Service Technician, Junior Estimator, or Assistant Project Manager — not just a job.
What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems on commercial and industrial job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings
- Perform new construction, tenant improvements, and service work (T&M, troubleshooting, repairs)
- Work alongside Foremen and Service leaders, mentoring apprentices as needed
- Maintain jobsite safety and quality workmanship standards
Pay & Schedule
- /hour, based on experience, education, and trainings
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Regular wage reviews

Requirements
- Strong commitment to jobsite safety
- 4+ years of electrical experience (commercial and/or industrial)
- Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug screening
