Description   What you will be doing : Communicating any needed repairs or guest service-related issues to management. Completing any needed minor repairs. Maintaining the cleanliness of the parking booths, office, equipment, signage, and bathroom facilities.  This includes emptying trash containers and disposing of waste accordingly.  Keeping all parking area surfaces free of trash, debris, stains, and spills.  Stocking adequate maintenance materials and equipment to avoid shortages and excesses. Maintaining the work area to ensure it remains clean, safe, and organized. Operating maintenance equipment safely to avoid accidents. Maintaining the maintenance tools and equipment in safe, clean, and proper working conditions.  Adhering to company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA requirements.
