DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

Delivering in a global marketplace.

For us, diversity and inclusion are business drivers. It all starts with a diverse employee base operating in an inclusive environment. An environment where everyone feels valued and respected. We strive to create a culture where people of different backgrounds and perspectives not only reflect the global marketplace and our diverse customer base, but also drive business growth and productivity.

Diversity and inclusion enhances our interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers. It gives us broader market knowledge and a better understanding of customer and consumer preferences. More than that, it drives higher levels of performance, engagement and contribution by our co-workers.

Put simply, diversity and inclusion allows us to be better prepared to serve our markets and increases our ability to solve our customers’ challenges.

COMMUNITY

We're doing good in our global backyard.

WestRock Foundation

At WestRock, we care about our communities. We want them to be vibrant and prosperous – places where our more than 50,000 employees and their families can live, work and play. Not only do we invest in our communities, we leverage the support of the WestRock Foundation and our employee volunteer programs. When our team members roll up their sleeves and volunteer our Foundation recognizes their commitment with a grant – it’s our way of thanking them for their commitment to their community.

Whether we’re providing grants to organizations focused on environmental conservation projects or developing a workforce pipeline for our industry, or supporting our team members and causes they care about, we’re building better communities in the regions where we do business.
